Sift

The catalog answers what happened to one product. This answers questions that cross products: every release a publisher tagged breaking, everything in one category since a date, one shortlist of products read together. 4,704 releases from 61 products are in reach here.

Typing shows what matches under the field. Nothing further down the page moves until a filter is kept, and a kept filter is written into the address, so a sifted view is a link that can be sent. A word that is kept is looked for inside the notes themselves, not only in the product, the version and the summary line, and by prefix when the exact word is not there. The index it reads is split by first letter and fetched only for the letters a search needs, so the page costs nothing until it is asked a question.
